The Sumter County Career Readiness Center's mission is to prepare students for the world of work through not only career-specific training, but also on the soft skills required to find and hold a job.

The Career Readiness Center is a joint effort of Sumter County and its two public school systems, Sumter School Districts 2 and 17.
