At its discretion, Sumter County Council may consider a Special Source Revenue Credit (SSRC), allowing the county to invest in infrastructure related to specific project needs.

SSRCs are awarded in conjunction with the Fee-in-Lieu-of Tax arrangement and Muti-County Industrial Park designations, and are serviced with revenue received from the project’s fee stream.

Special considerations apply with regard to this program, and each project is evaluated individually.
